Even More Fun with Assassin’s Creed

By now you’ve probably already seen MyCheats Assassin’s Creed ‘Pushing’ video, I’m mean come on, it’s been up for two hours now this is the internet. Okay well, if you haven’t let me help you out.

Now that I’ve caught you up to speed.
When I saw MyCheats blog with this video, I thought to myself this video could be even funnier with some voice overs. So, I set up and mic, called Mike Nelson over (who record the video) and Robert Bowen (who’s desk is right across from mine) hit record and here’s what we came up with.
    enjoy.

    Thoughts.

Today’s post has a little bit to do with Second Life, but is mostly about my first life. It is for this reason that I am posting this post twice; once here and once in my virtual life blog.

I have been thinking a lot about my first life lately; about how I feel like I am living in limbo. I feel as though I trapped with no escape, that I am useless, unimportant, will never amount to anything or do anything meaningful, and that I am a soul that is doomed to fail at making anything of herself. I have been feeling this way for quite some time now. There are points here and there when this feeling lifts for a few moments, but it always comes back soon after and puts me back where I started.

Whenever I take the time to stop and look at things a little closer, I usually find that everything around me creates a theme to get me out of my rut. The most recent thing I noticed was a post on Torley Linden’s blog that is about “14 points which’ve served [him] well”. I’ve decided that I am going to try my very best to follow these points and add a few of my own as I need to. I cannot count the number of times that I have wished I could have a different life than my own and how I wish I could feel more accomplished and cheerful like Torley always seems to. My belief is that if I start following these steps, I might find myself on a path to a life that I am actually happy with, rather than dreading the next day that has yet to come. I have been taking slow baby steps lately towards something new and this post was something I needed to read to get me walking quicker without falling over and wobbling so much. What this “something new” is though I have yet to find out.

    The Cat Diaries

I came across this website after viewing a video from MySpace of the two kitties fighting on stools. It’s worth taking a look at! http://www.aaronrift.com/cats/

    Alienware’s New Laptops

    They look very perdy!

    Exclusive: Alienware’s new Area-51 m15x and m17x laptops

Boutique PC maker Alienware has been flooding in-boxes recently with secretive messages about its upcoming unveiling of two new gaming laptops. E-mails to members of the company’s mailing list are filled with cryptic notes about “increased extraterrestrial activity” and links to a Web site with an “alien” message to decipher.

If you’ve cracked the code, you probably already know some of this, but Alienware has confirmed for CNET that the two new laptops are going to be called the Area-51 m15x and Area-51 m17x, and both will be officially shown off for the first time on Monday here in New York.
